Services we offer

First Consumer is a company offering financial analysis services to the general public in an effort to induce the consumer into a state of awareness of their debts. We might refer our clients to a third agency, if necessary. We can act as an intermediary between our clients and agency, if the client has questions about his/her debt situation. What personal information do we collect?

Mainly, we collect personal information to help us serve you better. We collect this information through applications and other materials that the client provides when he/she requests our services. First Consumer also collects information through telephone conversations and relationships with other agencies. For example, when you enroll in our financial analysis program, we collect your name, address, employment information, income, social security number, account numbers, credit card, information assets, date of birth, etc. . We may also collect information about online activity on our website in order to make our site more useful. We do not collect information that identifies you as an individual without your knowledge.
